ITE IT8528VG Super I/0 Power Managment IC

This is the internal Super IO Power managment IC Chip used commonly in the Surface Pro 4, when this IC shorts it causes a common no power failt on the board with a short on the 3.3v line. This can be tested near the touch screen connector, please correctly diagnose the issue before ordering this part.
