The HDMI Encoder IC is responsible for audio and video signals from your console to your TV, these often fail after lightning strikes, damaged, HDMI ports as well as being caused by hot plugging cables while the console is turned on.

If you have no display, flickering or glitching display and have a white light on the console this IC may solve your issue.
